Where is your store located, and can I shop in person?
Our main store is located at 332 N Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL. You can see our other locations here.
You're welcome to shop in person during our store hours! We also offer in-store returns and exchanges to make your experience even easier.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Returns
How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange eligible items. The item must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
➤ To start a return, please fill out our Return Request Form and include your name, email, phone number, and order number.
You can also visit us in-store for faster exchanges.
Is there a fee for returns?
If you choose to use our prepaid return shipping label, a $9.95 return label fee will be deducted from your refund. You can avoid this fee by returning your item in store or shipping it back using a carrier of your choice at no additional charge from us.
What do I do if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at info@chicagosports1987.com with photos of the item and a brief description. We'll respond quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the refund status.
If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
