Shipping policy

We at Chicago Sports get it - you want your stuff, and you want it yesterday. We know fast shipping is expected from our customers, and we aim to meet that goal. 

We want your shopping experience to be a positive one, and we'll ensure your order is packed and shipped quickly and accurately. In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Exceptions may apply during weekends, holidays, or when item availability is delayed.

We've Got What You Want

We strive to maintain an accurate inventory, but know that we also operate two retail stores in addition to our website. Most items are in stock and ship directly from our Michigan Avenue location, where we offer our widest selection of products.  Our goal is to ship all in-stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order (or by the next business day).

Daily Shipping Cut-Off Times

We partner with UPS® and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to provide multiple shipping options. Both carriers pick up shipments from our warehouse on weekdays (Monday through Friday), with the final pickup occurring around 5:00 PM Central Time.

  • Most orders placed Monday–Thursday will ship within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM CT on Friday may ship the same day.

Weekends and Holidays 

Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.

Orders placed on a holiday weekend will experience a delay, and will be processed the next business day.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

You can expect the following under normal conditions:

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days, with a priority on getting same day shipping whenever possible.
