Return Shipping Fee: If you choose to use our prepaid return shipping label, a $9.95 return label fee will be deducted from your refund. To avoid this fee, you may return the item in store or ship it back using your own shipping method at no additional charge from us.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@chicagosports1987.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get a confirmation email. If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process
